The film had a profound impact worldwide and the cult Hindi classic,\u00a0<em>Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron<\/em>\u00a0pays tribute to this film and borrows a subplot.\u00a0David Hemmings plays a fashion photographer who follows two lovers in a park but accidentally\u00a0captures a death on camera, the film also stars\u00a0Vanessa Redgrave.
